It all begins with an idea.

Hi! We’re Jamie and Kaye – a husband and wife duo powered by nature, adventure, and snacks (seriously, food is life). When we’re not working full-time or being human taxis for our two daughters, you’ll usually find us at our allotment or shouting at the telly during a Newcastle United match.

We started this business because we’re big believers in soaking up those little moments that matter – whether that’s a wild weekend escape for two, or a full-on family trip with the kids and our two fur babies, Ronnie and Albus, snuggled in the back. Ronnie is our cheeky beagle who thinks every stick belongs to him, and Albus is our calm and cuddly gent who basically doubles as a hot water bottle. Finding decent, dog-friendly accommodation is tough (and let’s be honest, sometimes a bit grim), so we wanted to create something better – a way for people like us to hit the road, pitch up somewhere stunning, and make memories with every member of the family.

That’s how this little dream came to life – to give others the freedom to explore, without limits (or dog-sitting costs). We’re so excited to help you get out there and discover your next favourite place.

We’ve always loved the Lake District – it's a place full of nostalgia for both of us. We have fond memories of exploring its hills as children, and even spent our first wedding anniversary roaming around The Lake District… like every good trip it ended with the most delicious toastie and soup combo in the cutest little café (10/10).

One day, we’re heading south to tick the Forest of Dean off our list – not just because of the Harry Potter link… but we’re not saying it’s not a factor either.
